Concept	Student has a clear picture of what they are trying to achieve. The student can describe what he/ she is trying to do and generally how his/her work will look when finished	Student has a fairly clear picture of what they are trying to achieve. Tools	Student has learned a how to use a variety of tools effectively in a project. Student can locate the tools by themselves and has learned how to use additional parts of an application and can use keyboard shortcuts. Student can usually locate the tools by themselves and has learned a few of the additional parts of an application and can use a few keyboard shortcuts.	Student has some idea of how to use some of tools in a project. Student needs help to locate the tools and has not learned additional parts of an application or the use of keyboard shortcuts.	Student has no idea of how to use the tools in a project. Student needs help to locate the tools and has not learned additional parts of an application. Student has no idea what a keyboard shortcut is.
Time and Effort	Class time was used efficiently. All time and effort went into the planning and design of the project.	Class time was used wisely.
